Miss Pole Dance UK 2008:
Professional Championships
held on Thursday 16th October  at Scala - London
 
Due to the rapid popularity, explosion  and professionalism of Pole Dance &  Fitness across the gyms in the UK, Pole Passion, one of the UK’s and world’s most respected companies leading pole fitness and now as a training provider to fitness instructors, innovating qualifications in pole fitness, is pleased to announce this years winner of the prestigious title of Miss Pole Dance Fitness UK Professional Competition held on Thursday 16th October 2008 at Scala London. 

The winner Alasia Vazmitsel, demonstrated pure strength, flexibility, grace and poise during her pole presentation.  In close second place is Tracey Simmonds – 2006 champion and in  3rd place is Deb Riley from Cheshire.

The competition designed for all ladies to show case their art in a professional, none judgmental way without the fear of being wrongly judged.

There were two categories on 2 static, brass 4 meter poles, courtesy of Pleasure Poles:
A:  Singles Fitness/ singles Dance category  - one winner
B:  Synchronised Doubles category (pioneered by Pole Passion in 2007)

The Miss Pole Dance Fitness UK Professional Competition
Prizes were awarded as below to all the 17 finalists, along with the knowledge of holding the prestigious International title of Miss Pole Dance Fitness UK Professional Winner.
1st place – Alesia Vazmitsel
2nd place – Tracey Simmonds
3rd place – Deb Riley

1st place Doubles – Donna Gant Tread Gold & Kerry Blunt
