Cat Denning
I have a strong family background in dance and the performing arts and began dancing from a young age, studying ballet and lyrical jazz with a local dance academy and also participating in traditional and rhythmic gymnastics. I have since coached and performed in competition with several championship cheerleading squads and participated to a high standard in a number of disciplines including synchronised swimming, aerial acrobatics and of course pole dance fitness.
I have a strong commitment to excellence in the discipline of pole fitness including scientific excellent (such as nutrition and safety), technical excellent, artistic excellent and developmental excellence. My professional mantra is "perfection before progression" in all things.
I am REPs and PFA accredited and hold Exercise to Music, Pole Passion level 1 and 2 qualifications, certificated in nutrition for sport and fitness, am an accredited cheerleading coach to mastery level and have been fortunate enough to participate in master class sessions by some of the world's most renown performers.

Jennifer Gooch
Pole dancing since 2005 and instructing since 2007.
My love of pole started with a pole hen party, where i took to it like a duck to water and just wanted to learn more, and from that first lesson wanted to teach pole.
I am REPs accredited and hold an Exercise to Music Level 2 qualification, and am a Qualified Pole Passion Level 1 and Advanced Instructor Level 2 instructor.
I not only teach pole dance for my company South Pole AKademy, but also deliver pole dance instructor training internationally for Pole Passion (www.polepassion.com/fitness/become-instructor)
In 2009 myself and my synchronized pole dance (and South Pole AKademy) partner Cat were ranked third in the UK for doubles pole in Miss Pole Dance UK 2009 Championship! Our first ever competition!
I was also invited by Pole Passion to teach for them at the world festival of pole dance in Jamaica, March 2010 - which was an amazing experience! Teaching beginners pole trix lessons, the practical element of the instructor level one certificate, and aerobics too (on a beach!)
I have had the privilege of training with some of the world’s best pole dancers including Jenyne Butterfly, Felix Cane, Jamilla Deville, Maxine Betts, Alesia Vazmitsel, Deb Riley to name but a few.
My background has stemmed from many types of dance, performing arts and martial arts, but pole has taken over! I have always been a keen fitness and health enthusiast participating in many types of sport throughout my life, including tennis and aerobics. My background working in Pharmacy has also given me a good grounding in anatomy and physiology which I reference constantly when instructing. Teaching pole fitness makes me feel so happy... and so lucky! I can not think of anything better than teaching people and seeing the joy of them achieving 'that move' they have been working on, and seeing them get more confident, stronger and fitter.
In 2010 I have been involved in the i-phone app ‘pocket pole studio’ My other proud achievements have been chosen as a model for the R-pole series and have the privilege of being involved in testing all the poles and to be an official face of R-pole, also to be one of the judges for NSPDS ‘routine for the nation’ May 2010, where I undertook, as a group, a days intensive training on how to judge a pole competition. This was a valuable experience and I wish to extend my judging further. I also performed at the competition with my pole doubles partner Cat to demonstrate advanced level doubles pole to the competitors and the audience.
